Yossi Noudel received his B.S. Business Administration, majoring in accounting as well as his legal degree, LL.B. in Israel in 1998. Mr. Noudel is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Noudel is admitted to the State Bar of California and to the Israeli Bar Association.

Working as an associate for leading Israeli and US law firms, Mr. Noudel has gained substantial experience in transactional and litigation. Mr. Noudel’s diverse education allow him to make an in depth analysis of the legal as well as the business aspects of his clients’ matters and enable him to consult his clients on a wide variety of matters. Mr. Noudel’s practice include various areas such as business and entity formation, contract drafting, litigation and immigration matters.
